If you are keen on Golf and Skiing it is quite easy to enjoy perfect Golf conditions in mid-winter with brilliant sunshine and 20 degrees on Almerimar Golf course and, next day, the same sunshine with perfect skiing conditions at over 3000 metres on the Sierra Nevada only 1 hour 50 minutes away. There is an endless choice of things to do and places to go in this part of Spain which is surrounded by beautiful countryside.

booking

To make an initial enquiry use the price and availability page. If your dates are flexible - let us know of alternative start dates for your holiday. We will respond quickly confirming which weeks are still available. Be sure to check that you have provided a validated e-mail address, telephone number and postal address - if you provide one contact method and you've made a typing error we will not be able to reply.

When you are ready to confirm your booking you will be asked to pay 25% of the rental cost. We send you a booking document that records the agreed details of the rental and we ask you to sign it and return it with your payment.

The booking is confirmed only when we have finally offered the booking in writing and received your deposit payment and signed booking documents.

The final payment is required no later than 6 weeks before you travel.

We provide you with a comprehensive manual that helps you to find your way to the apartment, use the apartment safely and operate all the essential services and facilities.. We also provide a full inventory of the contents.

AVAILABILITY & FIRST REFUSAL - others may have enquired about the same weeks as you and may (or may not) be trying to co-ordinate arrangements towards finally booking. Let us know as soon as possible if your enquiry is likely to become a firm booking so that we can see if there is likely to be any conflict.
