Lounge & Dining Room - A spacious room which is bright and cheerful. The sofa is also a large comfortable bed to accommodate an extra two people.
The tour shows this room from both ends and also set for a special dinner.

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two bedside cabinets. The storage cupboard is spacious and the room has a large patio window which opens directly onto the terrace.

Second Bedroom - The second bedroom has twin beds and is slightly larger than the master bedroom. The storage in this room is also spacious.

Third Bedroom - The third bedroom is of course the lounge area . Click on the title text to see the large sofabed and side tables which form the bedroom furniture for the 5th & 6th people in your party.

Main Bathroom - This room has an excellent shower, a bath, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. The mirror is large and the lighting is excellent.

Second Bathroom - providing a second toilet with spacious washing and dressing space which takes all the pressure off the main bathroom during the rush hour ! This could easily become your favourite dressing space. Again the downlighting provides superb light for hair drying and make-up.

Kitchen - fully fitted with a ceramic hob and a large oven. The fan filter above the oven also provides lighting. There is an excellent fridge freezer, a microwave oven and a washing machine. There is also a water-boiler and a juicer.

This large terrace is connected to the lounge by a full-width patio door and to the master bedroom by another large double patio door.

The large, south-facing area is ideal for use all day and, in summer, late into the night.

It's large enough to accommodate everyone, the four sunbeds, several extra chairs, the small drinks table and the large dining table set up with buffet and drinks.You can move the dining table and 6 chairs out there to enjoy the wonderful morning light at breakfast time.

The view from the terrace is fabulous and provides a constant source of interest and fascination.

-soak up the lunchtime heat - enjoy the evening warmth at happy-hour with the fabulous sunsets or, later, the cool evening air for a great dinner atmosphere and the best views in Almeria over the green golf course, the resort and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Sunsets at Happy Hour on the terrace are always spectacular especially in Spring and Autumn. This image shows the resort at the bottom and the coastal extremes of the Sierras on the right hand side. This is typical of an October sunset but whatever time of year you're here your happy hour venue is already booked for you every evening !
