The two bathrooms provide exceptional capacity for dressing during those peak times in the morning and early evening when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time !  The whole apartment is light and exceptionally spacious.
A central hall connects the two double bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the other half of the apartment which contains a separate fully-equipped kitchen and a serving hatch to the large lounge and dining area.

If a gourmet evening "at home" takes your fancy, the terrace, the dining area and kitchen is fully equipped to allow a substantial and stylish dinner party for 6 to be undertaken. The local area provides a wide variety of seafood, meat, cheese, wine, fruit and other wonderful produce to match your style and enthusiasm when eating-in. Eating-out in style is just 3 minutes away in the car or 15 minutes if you want some gentle exercise and a glance at the milky-way to guarantee a good night's sleep.
The lounge is connected to a large terrace through patio doors which span the whole width of the lounge.  The view from the terrace is truly breathtaking and allows you to enjoy a panorama from the wild life sanctuary on the eastern extreme to the lower Sierras on the west.  Sunset brings everyone to the terrace for happy hour.

The apartment is on the second floor of a superbly designed development called La Ladera del Golf with generous parking, service roads and a lift to all floors. These factors combine to create a wonderfully elevated terrace and a view which very few locations can offer.  Below you the whole of the resort is laid out with the green of the golf course and the cream and terracotta low-rise buildings surrounding the marina.  Above this is the blue sea and the blue sky - a combination of colours that you never tire of as you enjoy the warm sunshine on the south-facing terrace.

The swimming pool is 60 metres long with a separate children's pool and is surrounded by a large private garden area well planted with trees and shrubs. There is a lifeguard in attendance every day from mid-June to mid-September.

A unique feature of this resort is that it is completely isolated from the main trunk roads which run east-west several kilometres to the north.  The 150 foot sandstone cliffs encircle the whole resort on the coastal plain creating a completely safe and relaxed setting.
All the roads in the resort are local access roads only and the resort is entered by a single road down through the cliffs.  This gives it the feeling of an completely closed, safe, exclusive and secure holiday village.

Unlike many other Spanish resorts all building in Almerimar is restricted to low-rise with new developments set well back from natural beaches which will remain untouched. The apartment is air-conditioned - alternatively the steady on-shore breeze provides welcome cooling in hot weather and the absence of mosquitoes in summer allows you to sleep at night with the windows open if you wish.   The beaches are in full view from the terrace they're  numerous, natural and never crowded and just 2 minutes away by car with ample parking. Heating is only required after sunset during winter.
